Between 1:24 – 1:46 the lyrics are:
“Wrote one [song] for Snoop, did not take long
Wrote one for Bieber and one for Sean
And Jay Z offered me a deal
I said dawg, throw in another mil'
'Cause you know I can write one hell of a song,”
Stars such as Snoop Dogg, Justin Bieber, and Jay Z, despite their uncontested ability to write and perform, choose to outsource some of the compositional process; most likely due to the relatively high opportunity cost involved. Posner’s comparative advantage is writing the songs.
