In the future the world seems blissful (there is no crime and all negative behaviors have been eradicated). However, under the streets of San Angeles there are a group of outcasts who live in poverty and buy and sell goods. Dennis Leary, the leader of the underground society, gives an impassioned speech that encourages the downtrodden to resist the stamping out of free expression. Bottom line, utopia isn’t worth it if it comes at the price of personal liberty.
