Media Type: Film Clips Topic: International Trade & Finance

Would you rather fight or trade? That is the question that two tribes must decide when they confront each other. Instead of fighting, they decide to trade fish for meat. We often think of trade in much more sophisticated terms but this scene reminds of why we trade in the first place -- because both sides benefit. Trade is a mutually beneficial course of action because it is a positive-sum game, whereas fighting each other is a negative-sum game.
